Peter Pan leaps to life on stage in a whole new way courtesy of the California Ballet Company, which combines classical dance, aerial ballet and even some slapstick comedy to follow the adventures of Peter, Wendy and the gang as they travel to Neverland to battle the villainous Captain Hook and his crew. Choreographed by Septime Webre of the Washington Ballet, this dazzling new production at the San Diego Civic is a West Coast premiere. Plus, there's a kids' Pixie Party on the Plaza before each show, with a costume contest, pixie-themed drinks, face painting and more.
